About the role

We are seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to lead our Lipa Mdogo Mdogo mobile phone sales agents in Nairobi. The role involves overseeing daily sales activities, motivating the team, and ensuring targets are met while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coach a team of mobile phone sales agents.
• Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports for management.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure product availability.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a supervisor or team leader in mobile phone or retail sales.
• Strong leadership, reporting, and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated capability to manage teams and deliver sales results.
• Residency in Nairobi or surrounding areas.
