Sales Support Specialist – Remote

About the role

We’re looking for a Sales Support Specialist to assist customers, support sales activities, and help turn customer interactions into successful sales.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with product, order, and account questions.
• Respond to customer inquiries through chat, email, and/or voice.
• Recommend products based on customer needs.
• Identify and support sales opportunities.
• Help customers move forward with their purchases.
• Follow up with customers and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• 1+ year of customer service, sales, or e‑commerce experience.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Confident and professional communication skills.
• Comfortable discussing products and making recommendations.
• Customer‑focused with a sales‑oriented mindset.
• Strong problem‑solving and multitasking skills.
• Experience with BPO, e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify, Gorgias, or Zendesk is a plus.
