Sales Support Specialist (Remote) with Commission

About the role

TalentPop App is a fast‑growing e‑commerce agency supporting hundreds of brands worldwide. We’re looking for a Sales Support Specialist to assist customers, support sales activities, and turn interactions into successful sales.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with product, order, and account questions.
• Respond to inquiries via chat, email, and voice channels.
• Recommend products that match customer needs.
• Identify and support potential sales opportunities.
• Help customers progress through the purchase process.
• Follow up with customers and keep accurate records.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or e‑commerce.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Confident, professional communication skills.
• Comfortable discussing products and making recommendations.
• Customer‑focused with a sales‑oriented mindset.
• Strong problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
• Experience with BPO, e‑commerce platforms, Shopify, Gorgias, Zendesk or similar is a plus.
