Salesforce CPQ Specialist

About the role

The Salesforce CPQ Specialist supports a fast‑growing SaaS organization by enabling business users and cross‑functional teams through proactive support, training, and system enhancements. This role partners with Sales, Marketing, Service, and Finance to optimize Salesforce capabilities and ensure alignment with evolving business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Provide daily end‑user support, training, and guidance to boost Salesforce adoption.
• Troubleshoot system issues, build reports, and maintain documentation and customizations.
• Collaborate with leadership to analyze business needs, define technical specifications, and configure solutions.
• Manage project deliverables and research native Salesforce features and managed packages.
• Administer and customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Knowledge, Communities, and automate processes using Flow.
• Lead CPQ initiatives: configure contracts, quotes, orders, products, pricing, and related objects.
• Handle data imports, cleansing, deduplication, and integration with internal and external systems.
• Occasionally travel domestically for onsite meetings, events, or training.

Required profile

• Proven experience troubleshooting complex logic challenges in a dynamic, tech‑driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while delivering project outcomes.
