Salesforce Operations Specialist

About the role

IDInsight is seeking a Salesforce Operations Specialist to optimise and support its CRM environment for fundraising activities. You will work closely with a globally distributed team, ensuring that Salesforce, Slack and Google Workspace work together seamlessly while driving user adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain reports, dashboards and data‑quality checks within the existing Salesforce instance.
• Validate and refine Slack‑to‑Salesforce and Gmail/Google Calendar‑to‑Salesforce integration flows.
• Test, document and support the “Relate to Salesforce” Slack workflow for lead and opportunity creation.
• Identify data‑hygiene gaps and flag configuration issues for escalation.
• Recommend AI‑enabled workflow enhancements to improve efficiency.
• Design and deliver training curricula for power users and light‑touch users, focusing on Slack as the primary interface.

Required profile

• Proven experience operationalising Salesforce in a nonprofit or fundraising environment.
• Strong background in change management and user enablement.
• Excellent written communication with samples of SOPs or training material.
• Ability to work within a configured Salesforce environment without admin‑level privileges.
