Salesperson – Training & Education Solutions

About the role

iLearn Training and Education is seeking a motivated Salesperson to join its Nairobi team. You will promote our high‑quality training programs to individual learners and institutional clients, helping them improve career prospects through practical education.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, contact, and engage prospective learners and organizations through calls, emails, and face‑to‑face meetings.
• Present training offerings, explain benefits, and guide prospects through enrollment or purchase processes.
• Maintain and update lead records in a CRM system, track follow‑ups, and ensure accurate client data.
• Collaborate with training and operations teams to stay informed about program details and gather client feedback.
• Support promotional events and marketing activities to increase brand visibility.
• Achieve defined sales targets, prepare regular performance reports, and suggest improvements to sales strategies.

Required profile

• Strong ability to build relationships with learners and organizations and clearly communicate program value.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills for both phone and in‑person interactions.
• Organised, able to manage multiple leads, follow‑ups, and reporting tasks.
• Motivated to meet sales targets, quickly learn new offerings, and adapt to evolving educational needs.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or education services is an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Comfortable working on‑site in Nairobi and collaborating with a diverse team.
