About the role
We are seeking an experienced and forward‑thinking School Principal to lead MM Shah and MV Shah Academy, a private institution in Mombasa. The successful candidate will drive the implementation of Competency‑Based Education (CBE) and ensure high‑quality learning outcomes for our students.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for academic and administrative functions.
- Champion innovative implementation of the Competency‑Based Education framework.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and student‑centered learning environment.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop teaching and support staff.
- Build strong relationships with parents, the community, and education stakeholders.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed) or a related field.
- Minimum five years of teaching experience, including at least three years in a leadership role.
- Familiarity with national and international curricula is an advantage.
