Security Officer (Men Only) – Multiple Cities in Kenya

About the role

BM Security Ltd, a leading security services company in Kenya, is urgently recruiting male security officers for deployment across Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret, Nakuru and Nyeri. Candidates must be Kenyan citizens of high integrity, motivated and ready to complete a three‑week basic security training before joining the guarding section. Successful candidates will undergo training in Nairobi, Kisumu, Eldoret, Nakuru, Nyeri or Mombasa and must arrange their own accommodation during the program. Recruitment drives are held Monday to Saturday, 7 am‑4 pm at BM headquarters on Jamhuri Road, Nairobi, as well as at BM offices in the other listed cities.

Required profile

• Form 4 (or higher) qualification with KCSE grade D or above.
• Male, aged 23‑40, minimum height 5 ft 8 in.
• Valid Kenyan National ID and a recent (≤1 year) certificate of good conduct.
• Physically and medically fit, with good eyesight and hearing.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Kiswahili.
• Clean work history; provide a reference letter from the most recent employer if previously employed.
• Post‑secondary training is an advantage.
• Own a smartphone and be able to use it effectively (advantage).
