About the role
The Security Training Officer will lead the development and delivery of training programmes for security personnel. This role ensures that staff are equipped with the knowledge and skills to manage security operations, risk, and emergency response effectively.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions for security personnel.
- Develop training materials, lesson plans and assessment tools.
- Assess staff performance and provide constructive feedback.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in security training or a related security role.
- Certificate or Diploma in Security Management, Criminology, Risk Management, Training or a related field.
- Strong presentation, facilitation and communication abilities.
- Good knowledge of security procedures, operations, risk management and emergency response.
- High level of integrity, discipline, professionalism and confidentiality.
