Senior AI/ML Engineer – LLM & Production Systems

About the role

Entertainment Partners is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of machine‑learning models that power its intelligent product suite, including Rosey Intelligence, Project Florence, and EP Answers. The role sits at the intersection of applied ML engineering, large‑language‑model product development, and production‑grade system design.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, train, fine‑tune, and evaluate ML models using PyTorch and related libraries.
• Build and maintain robust training pipelines, experiment‑tracking, and model‑evaluation frameworks.
• Implement transformer‑based and LLM integrations for NLP, information extraction, classification, and generation tasks.
• Apply parameter‑efficient fine‑tuning techniques (LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT) to adapt foundation models for EP‑specific domains.
• Design Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures with vector databases such as pgvector, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
• Optimize model inference for latency and throughput through quantization, batching, and caching.
• Develop automated evaluation suites to ensure model safety and production readiness.
• Create LLM‑powered agentic workflows using LangChain, LangGraph, and EP’s internal Model Context Protocol server.

Required profile

• Deep hands‑on expertise with PyTorch and transformer architectures.
• Proven experience managing the full ML lifecycle from research to production.
• Strong software‑engineering discipline for building reliable, scalable AI products.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced entertainment‑technology environment.
