Senior CRM Manager – Monetisation

About the role

Simple Life is seeking a Senior CRM Manager focused on monetisation to lead revenue‑driving campaigns within its AI‑powered health coaching app. You will own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of CRM initiatives, from strategy and segmentation to execution and performance analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute monetisation projects, designing campaigns that generate revenue growth.
• Design, optimise and test lifecycle journeys covering acquisition, conversion and win‑back.
• Manage high‑volume campaign operations, ensuring flawless delivery and technical soundness.
• Develop and maintain a robust A/B testing framework, analysing results to drive data‑informed improvements.
• Own technical CRM setup, including automation, deliverability optimisation and tool integrations.
• Collaborate with Growth, Design, Analytics and engineering teams to align CRM work with broader business goals.
• Monitor key CRM metrics, produce detailed reports and actionable insights.
• Identify and propose process enhancements to improve user experience and monetisation outcomes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on CRM experience with a strong focus on revenue generation.
• Proven track record in customer lifecycle management and measurable revenue growth.
• Monetisation mindset with ability to evaluate initiatives based on revenue potential.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, data‑driven product environments.

Required skills

• Expertise with CRM platforms such as Braze (required) and Customer.io (plus).
• Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing frameworks.
• Technical proficiency in campaign automation, deliverability troubleshooting and tool integration.
