Senior Human Resource Officer

About the role

The Senior Human Resource Officer will lead the HR function for Prestine HR‑Engine Ltd, shaping people strategies that support the company’s growth in the ICT sector. Reporting to senior management, you will ensure that HR policies, systems and processes are aligned with business objectives and delivered with professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and work plans.
• Maintain an efficient, computerized HR system and oversee staff records.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, leave and attendance administration.
• Prepare regular HR reports and ensure compliance with performance‑management processes.
• Organise training, staff development programmes and HR events.
• Manage employee relations, respond to HR enquiries and resolve issues.
• Supervise and guide the HR team, ensuring high standards of service.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Minimum five years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an ICT environment.
• Membership of a professional HR body (e.g., IHRM) is an advantage.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and confidentiality skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and deliver results in a dynamic setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR information systems and computerized HR infrastructure.
