Senior Manager, Digital Payments

About the role

KCB Group is seeking a Senior Manager to lead its digital payments, wealth and investments portfolio. The role will shape product strategy, drive revenue growth and ensure seamless, secure payment experiences for customers across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and align the digital payments, wealth and investments product portfolio strategy with the bank’s overall objectives.
• Develop commercial models that impact top‑line revenue and bottom‑line costs while delivering best‑in‑class product experiences.
• Coordinate implementation of product initiatives with marketing and customer experience teams to boost NPS, reduce CES and meet KPI targets.
• Drive daily performance of the digital payments portfolio, reducing attrition and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Launch and scale payment features across mobile apps, wallets and embedded platforms, ensuring high adoption and security.
• Collaborate with fintech partners, payment networks and internal technology teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Liaise with vendors to define, implement and document product requirements and customisations.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and act on customer insights and market research.
• Coach and mentor team members, providing leadership for division strategy execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
• Professional qualification in Product Management, Project Management, Agile practices or Digital Payments.
• At least six years of managerial experience leading digital product management teams, preferably in digital payments, wallets or investment products.
• Proven experience delivering consumer financial products in high‑growth environments.
