About the role
This senior analytical position focuses on improving marketing performance and enabling smarter, data‑driven investment decisions. You will shape the logic behind marketing budget allocation across products, channels, and traffic sources, combining advanced analytics, experimentation, performance economics, and predictive modeling.
Key responsibilities
- Design high‑level logic, rules and models for allocating marketing budgets, validate them and prepare for automation.
- Develop and validate early LTV metrics and models to support intra‑week performance decisions and dynamic budget allocation.
- Build analytical frameworks and tools for performance diagnostics, identifying drivers, growth opportunities and anomalies across products, channels and campaigns.
- Contribute to an internal AI‑based analytics tool for performance analysis, root‑cause detection and opportunity discovery.
- Support the unified BI layer through metric definition, data validation and selected analytical use cases.
- Translate analytical findings into actionable business rules, recommendations and decision‑making models.
Required profile
- Experience with A/B testing, experimentation and statistical analysis.
- Strong SQL skills for handling large datasets, creating complex queries and ensuring data quality.
- Solid knowledge of mathematical statistics, validation and back‑testing methodologies.
- Understanding of performance marketing economics and key metrics such as LTV, CAC/CPA, ROI/ROAS, funnels, cohorts and attribution.
- Ability to develop decision‑making models and communicate findings through clear recommendations.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets and/or Excel.
- Experience with BI tools like Superset, Tableau or Power BI.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
- Python experience for data analysis and modeling is a strong advantage.
- Experience with forecasting, optimization, budget allocation models, early/predictive LTV or AI/LLM‑based analytics tools is highly valued.
