Senior Python Engineer – Remote AI/ML Role

About the role

We are seeking a senior Python Engineer to join a leading large‑language‑model company. The position is fully remote and focuses on building, fine‑tuning, and evaluating AI models using high‑quality proprietary data.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain efficient Python code for training and optimizing large language models.
• Generate and curate task‑specific datasets for supervised fine‑tuning.
• Run evaluations and benchmark model performance across diverse domains.
• Rank AI model responses against predefined criteria and improve them through analysis.
• Collaborate with researchers and annotators to implement reinforcement learning with human feedback and refine reward models.

Required profile

• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Hands‑on experience with supervised fine‑tuning (SFT) and reinforcement learning with human feedback (RLHF).
• Solid understanding of evaluation and benchmarking methodologies for AI models.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
