Senior Quality Engineer

About the role

The Senior Quality Engineer will report to the Radio, Planning and Optimization Lead and focus on optimizing 2G, 4G and 5G mobile services. The role aims to deliver excellent network performance that continuously enhances the customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Share regular network insights, emphasizing tool usage such as Geolocation and SON.
• Deliver network‑level Quality of Service (QoS) performance and meet regulatory targets.
• Monitor end‑to‑end performance, conduct drill‑down analysis and implement KPI optimisation actions to resolve emerging quality issues.
• Oversee new feature trials, assess impact and support large‑scale roll‑outs.
• Proactively track and manage customer complaints captured on internal experience platforms.
• Analyse 2G, 4G and 5G capacity to identify bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.
• Provide timely and accurate KPI reporting as required.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Electrical, Telecommunication Engineering or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in 2G, LTE and 5G optimisation.
• Ability to manage outsourcing partners and ensure service‑level agreement compliance.
• Strong analytical, planning and problem‑solving skills with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
