Senior Relationship Manager, Business Banking

About the role

As a Senior Relationship Manager in Business Banking, you will drive client acquisition, deepen relationships, and deliver tailored banking solutions to small and medium‑sized enterprises. You will also identify wealth management opportunities for business owners, including succession planning and family business continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong business banking client relationships to generate sustainable revenue and portfolio growth.
• Grow the number of active business banking clients and increase share of wallet across the portfolio.
• Identify and cross‑sell wealth products, enhancing product penetration per client.
• Deliver revenue growth while upholding disciplined credit standards and risk‑adjusted returns.
• Adhere to operational risk, compliance, and credit governance processes.
• Provide outstanding client experience through responsive service and proactive portfolio management.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline, follow up leads, structure opportunities, and convert business efficiently.
• Partner with the Wealth team to originate and grow business‑owner opportunities across wealth products.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge and experience in wealth management, commercial, or business banking.
• Proven relationship‑management skills with SME owners and decision‑makers.
• Ability to understand funding, transaction banking, expansion, and risk‑management needs.
• Track record of meeting revenue targets while maintaining portfolio quality.
