Senior Software QA Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Software QA Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our web and mobile SaaS products. The role starts as the primary QA resource for a project team, with potential to evolve into a QA Lead or Manager position.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute risk‑based testing strategies for software projects.
• Create, execute, and maintain comprehensive test cases and test plans.
• Validate complex web‑based, mobile, and multi‑tiered applications.
• Track, document, and report defects, risks, and testing metrics.
• Collaborate with Software Engineers, Product Managers, and QA teams throughout the SDLC.
• Support testing activities across multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Partner with Automation Engineers to identify and implement automation opportunities.
• Contribute to QA process improvements, testing infrastructure enhancements, and best practices.
• Mentor junior QA Engineers and support their technical development.
• Communicate testing progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Software Development.
• Experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Strong experience testing web‑based, mobile, and multi‑tier applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Advanced English communication skills.
