Senior Specialist ERP Engineer

About the role

Cellulant Group is seeking a Senior Specialist ERP Engineer to join its fintech team in Nairobi. You will be responsible for administering and enhancing the NetSuite ERP platform (or a similar system) to support multi‑currency, multi‑subsidiary financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and configure NetSuite (or comparable ERP) for finance and accounting teams.
• Develop and maintain SuiteScript 2.0 customizations and REST API integrations.
• Support data migration, mapping, and user permissioning across subsidiaries.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement finance transformation projects.
• Perform database administration tasks, including Oracle SQL queries and data‑warehousing support.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of hands‑on experience with NetSuite or a similar ERP system.
• Foundational knowledge of finance and accounting principles in multi‑currency environments.
• ERP certification (completed or in progress).
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
