Senior Talent Operations Specialist

About the role

CloudFactory is seeking a Senior Talent Operations Specialist to own and improve key employee lifecycle processes. You will work independently on onboarding, offboarding, audits and employee relations while partnering with regional talent teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve onboarding and offboarding programs.
• Collaborate with regional talent teams to adapt processes to local legal and cultural requirements.
• Analyse lifecycle data to identify trends and recommend actions that boost engagement and retention.
• Lead specific talent‑operations initiatives, driving process redesign and automation.
• Champion the use of digital tools and analytics to streamline talent workflows.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of experience in HR or talent operations.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle activities.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience turning data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
