SEO Manager

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and strategic SEO Manager to lead the improvement of our organic search performance. You will shape SEO strategy, optimise website content and analyse metrics to boost rankings and traffic.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic visibility.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimise on‑page elements such as titles, meta descriptions, headers and internal linking.
• Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
• Collaborate with content, marketing and web development teams.
• Track rankings, traffic and conversions to measure success.
• Identify technical SEO issues and coordinate fixes.
• Create regular SEO reports with insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated on algorithm changes and industry trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SEO, digital marketing or a related role.
• Strong understanding of on‑page, off‑page and technical SEO.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush or similar tools.
• Knowledge of keyword research and content optimisation.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CMS platforms and website structure.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
