Service Engineer

About the role

The Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, commissioning and maintaining a range of liquid filling and labeling equipment for our customers in Kenya. You will work closely with the sales team and travel frequently to provide on‑site technical support and training.

Key responsibilities

• Install and commission filling and labeling machines at customer sites.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot FFS, water filling, linear liquid filling, labeling, coding (CIJ, TIJ, laser) machines and multi‑head weighers.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical and software issues promptly.
• Train customers on proper operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain accurate service records, performance logs and spare‑parts inventory.
• Provide emergency response and on‑site repairs as required.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Service Engineer working with liquid filling and labeling machinery.
• Strong technical knowledge of FFS, water filling, linear liquid filling, labeling, coding machines and multi‑head weighers.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel frequently and a valid driver’s licence.
