Shopper Marketing Manager SSA - OH

About the role

As the SSA OH Shopper Marketing Manager, you will drive Haleon’s sales growth by translating brand and category strategy into effective shopper and customer support tools. You will create sell‑out tools, develop in‑store expert education, and build best‑in‑class visibility and communication plans across channels for the assigned categories.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare campaign plans in collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
• Lead Customer Marketing to deliver shopper campaigns that meet customer and shopper needs.
• Translate category strategy road‑maps into clear growth plans and oversee implementation.
• Develop and deliver promotional strategies and guidelines, including discount depth, promotion frequency, and volume targets.
• Create Must‑Stock lists by brand and channel, providing mix principles and recommendations.
• Drive category strategy through pricing, promotion, shelving, distribution and range management to unlock growth and innovation.
• Support forecast accuracy and demand planning by integrating commercial demand drivers into IBP.
• Coordinate additional commercial activities to ensure flawless in‑store and online execution.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with at least 5 years (60 months) of experience in shopper or customer marketing.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with brand, sales, supply chain and finance teams.
• Strong understanding of category strategy, promotional planning and retail execution.
• Experience in FMCG or consumer health environments is preferred.
