Social Media Content Marketing Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a creative and results‑driven Social Media Content Marketing Supervisor to lead our multi‑platform social media operations. The role will shape content strategy, oversee short‑video production and drive engagement, brand visibility and conversions for Alina Harbour Company Limited.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, position and manage the company’s social media accounts on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, maintaining monthly and quarterly content calendars.
• Supervise the creation of original copy for promotional campaigns, product posts, advertorials, captions and marketing articles, ensuring brand tone and style.
• Lead short‑video ideation, script development, production and editing to deliver high‑quality, trend‑driven content.
• Design and execute social media campaigns linked to product launches, promotions and seasonal events to grow audience and generate leads.
• Monitor performance metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, views and conversion rates, preparing regular reports and recommending data‑driven improvements.
• Assign and supervise tasks for content creators, copywriters and video editors, reviewing and approving content before publication.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience managing multiple social media platforms independently.
• Proven expertise in both copywriting and short‑video content creation.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms and audience engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership abilities.
