Social Media Manager & Content Creator Internship

About the role

Join Lamlan Digital Solutions as a Social Media Manager and Content Creator intern. You will help shape the brand’s online presence across major platforms, producing engaging visual and video content while supporting paid advertising initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a content calendar for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X.
• Create posts, reels, stories and short videos that capture audience interest.
• Run and optimise Meta paid ad campaigns to drive growth and engagement.
• Manage online communities by responding to comments, messages and inquiries.
• Track and report key performance indicators such as followers, engagement rates and reach.
• Stay informed about Kenyan digital trends, tools and best practices.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand.
• Strong storytelling, writing and creative communication abilities.
