Social Media Manager

About the role

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to own the digital presence of a leading Kenyan fashion label. Working closely with the founder and design team, you will translate the brand’s identity into daily content that builds community, drives traffic, and converts followers into customers.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish daily content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Grow engaged audiences and increase follower counts on all platforms.
• Lead TikTok growth through trend participation and original content.
• Manage and optimise Meta and Google ad campaigns, tracking CTR, CPA and conversion performance.
• Write and optimise captions and blog posts for SEO and organic visibility.
• Run email marketing and CRM campaigns, improving open and click‑through rates via segmentation and A/B testing.
• Track performance across channels and provide data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• Entry‑level to junior experience (up to 2 years) in social media or digital marketing.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Passion for fashion and brand storytelling.
