Social Media Marketing Content Creator (Ecommerce)

About the role

We are looking for a creative and results‑driven Social Media Marketing Content Creator to support an e‑commerce client in Nairobi. You will develop high‑converting visual and written content across multiple platforms, driving sales and brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Produce images, videos, reels, stories and graphics optimized for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube and other channels.
• Plan and execute content calendars that align with product launches, promotions and marketing campaigns.
• Write SEO‑friendly captions, hashtags and descriptions to maximise reach and engagement.
• Create product‑focused content such as showcases, tutorials, unboxings and influencer collaborations that drive conversions.
• Maintain brand consistency in tone, voice and visual style across all platforms.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages and customer inquiries promptly.
• Collaborate with influencers, run contests, giveaways and interactive campaigns.
• Assist in producing paid‑ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram and TikTok and analyse performance using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics and TikTok Analytics.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in social media content creation.
• Passionate about digital marketing and up‑to‑date with social media trends.
• Results‑oriented with a proven track record of driving sales through content.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and within a team.

What we offer

• KSh 40,000 monthly base salary plus commissions.
