Social Media Marketing & SEO Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Social Media Marketing & SEO Specialist to support a wellness coaching business that serves neurodivergent mothers. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution to grow the audience, boost engagement, and convert traffic into revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Transform weekly long‑form content (YouTube videos, podcasts, blog posts) into short‑form posts for Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Create and schedule 5+ short videos and 4+ posts per long‑form piece using Social Monials while preserving brand voice.
• Build and optimise sales funnels on Systeme.io to increase conversions and generate passive income.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and traffic.
• Produce bi‑weekly newsletters, manage audience segmentation, and run targeted discount campaigns.
• Upload podcast episodes to Podbean and coordinate cross‑platform distribution.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and propose growth‑focused solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven digital marketing experience, including social media management, SEO and funnel creation.
• Demonstrated ability to distribute content across multiple platforms (YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, podcast services).
• Portfolio showing successful social media campaigns, SEO improvements and conversion optimisation.
• Understanding of neurodivergent audiences and experience with wellness or parenting brands.
