Software Implementation Consultant – GRC Solutions

About the role

Join SurTech’s Revival team in Nairobi as a Software Implementation Consultant, helping clients across Kenya and South Africa adopt Diligent’s Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions. You will configure, deploy and train end‑users to ensure successful adoption and high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Configure the GRC software to match each client’s specific requirements.
• Deliver comprehensive training sessions and provide ongoing technical support.
• Maintain clear documentation of configurations, customisations and implementation processes.
• Communicate new releases, features and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, track issues and ensure timely delivery.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in software implementation and deployment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience in consulting or project planning is preferred.

Required skills

• Familiarity with databases, CRM and ERP systems.
