Sourcing Specialist

About the role

Oasis Outsourcing is seeking a proactive Sourcing Specialist to identify and engage high‑quality talent for current and future hiring needs. Working onsite in Nairobi, you will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to build robust talent pipelines that support the company’s growth in the real‑estate sector.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for recurring, niche and high‑demand roles.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, social media and advanced Boolean techniques.
• Execute targeted outreach campaigns to engage passive talent and generate interest.
• Conduct initial screenings, provide candidate summaries and market insights to recruiters.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand priorities, share labor‑market intelligence and recommend sourcing strategies.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and track sourcing metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication, organization and time‑management abilities.
• Proven ability to research, map talent and engage passive candidates.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ATS platforms.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.
• Advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Familiarity with various sourcing tools and talent‑mapping methods.
