About the role
The Store Attendant will support the smooth operation of our store by handling the receipt, inspection, storage, issuance and organization of stock. Working in a fast‑paced hospitality environment, you will ensure inventory accuracy, maintain proper storage conditions and uphold cleanliness standards. The role also assists with FIFO rotation and timely distribution of materials to internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming stock, verifying quantities and quality.
- Store items according to established procedures and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Issue materials to internal departments, ensuring timely distribution.
- Apply FIFO (first‑in‑first‑out) rotation to minimise waste.
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
- Keep the store clean, orderly and compliant with health and safety standards.
Required profile
- Certificate or Diploma in Stores, Supply Chain or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in stores, warehouses, catering or hospitality.
- Strong organisational and communication abilities.
