Store Keeper – Hotel Industry

About the role

The hotel is seeking a diligent Store Keeper to manage all inventory functions within its hospitality operations. This full‑time position ensures that supplies are received, stored, and issued efficiently while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive goods against LPOs, delivery notes and invoices, checking quantity, quality and expiry dates.
• Store items correctly with proper labeling, rotation and temperature control for perishables.
• Issue stock to departments using approved requisition forms and keep accurate issue records.
• Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts and monthly physical inventories, investigating any discrepancies.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly stock reports, track slow‑moving items and maintain audit‑ready documentation.
• Enforce FIFO/FEFO methods, control pilferage and ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, HACCP and health & safety standards.
• Liaise with F&B, Kitchen, Housekeeping and Maintenance to meet their stock needs and coordinate with suppliers during deliveries.

Required profile

• Entry‑level qualification with at least 24 months of relevant experience in inventory or store management.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Good organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining a clean, safe store environment.
