Store Keeper

About the role

The Store Keeper will be responsible for managing all inventory activities for our hospitality operations. You will ensure that stock is received, inspected, stored, issued and recorded accurately, supporting smooth service delivery in our catering and hotel environments.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and verify deliveries, checking quantities and quality against purchase orders.
• Store items under appropriate conditions and maintain organized shelving using FIFO rotation.
• Issue stock to internal departments and record all movements in the inventory system.
• Conduct regular stock reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory levels and trigger timely replenishment to avoid stock‑outs.
• Maintain up‑to‑date inventory records and generate periodic reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or Certificate in Stores Management, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in catering, hotels, warehouses or similar environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Good computer literacy for using inventory software.
