Store Manager

About the role

The Store Manager will oversee daily operations of the Apple‑focused retail outlet in Westlands, Nairobi. You will lead a passionate team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, achieve sales targets and uphold the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop the store team to maximise performance.
• Ensure the store meets or exceeds financial, unit and development targets.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Apple products and solutions to guide customers.
• Manage all in‑store functions including staffing, inventory, merchandising and customer experience.
• Collaborate with regional and head‑office teams across functions.
• Analyse store performance data, trends and customer insights and report findings.
• Uphold visual‑merchandising standards and brand representation.
• Drive operational excellence and identify continuous‑improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Completed Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE); tertiary qualification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years experience leading large teams in a high‑turnover, complex retail environment.
• Strong leadership and matrix‑management abilities to foster cross‑department collaboration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, agile environment while maintaining strategic oversight.
• Solid operational and reporting experience, using data to inform decisions.
