About the role

The Supervisor – Technical & Field Operations leads a team of technicians across multiple locations, ensuring timely installations, maintenance, repairs and high‑quality customer service. This senior‑level role combines team supervision, field operations management and direct customer interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise technical and field‑based staff, allocate daily tasks, monitor attendance, productivity and conduct.
• Provide coaching, mentorship and performance feedback to improve team effectiveness.
• Coordinate daily field operations such as equipment installations, maintenance, repairs and service calls.
• Deploy technicians based on workload, location and technical requirements, ensuring necessary tools, spare parts and vehicles are available.
• Conduct regular field visits to assess work quality and resolve operational challenges.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, handle escalated complaints and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
• Capture and communicate customer feedback to management.
• Manage multi‑location staff communication, conduct scheduled and unscheduled visits, and align regional teams with company policies.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with at least 10 years of experience in technical field operations or similar roles.
• Proven ability to lead and develop technical teams across multiple sites.
• Strong organizational skills with a track record of meeting service timelines.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities in fast‑paced environments.
• Customer‑focused mindset with experience handling escalations and feedback.
