Supply Chain & Procurement Manager

About the role

The Supply Chain & Procurement Manager will lead the end‑to‑end procurement process for network and CCTV equipment, ensuring timely and cost‑effective sourcing. Based in Nairobi’s Westlands district, this full‑time, on‑site position works closely with sales, operations, finance and warehouse teams to keep stock levels optimal.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for network and CCTV hardware and related services.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to achieve best value.
• Forecast demand, prepare purchase orders and monitor inventory levels.
• Coordinate imports, logistics and customs clearance.
• Evaluate vendor performance and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Analyse market trends to support strategic sourcing decisions.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of experience in procurement or supply chain, preferably in IT or telecom equipment.
• Proven ability to manage supplier negotiations and contracts.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in demand forecasting and inventory management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
