Supply Chain Sustainability Specialist

About the role

Hope Utilities is seeking a Supply Chain Sustainability Specialist to support daily supply chain operations and special projects. The role focuses on administrative and operational tasks that keep procurement processes running smoothly while promoting sustainable practices.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for daily supply chain activities.
• Assist in preparing, coordinating, and documenting Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• Create and process purchase orders according to company policies.
• Review and resolve purchase order and invoicing discrepancies with internal teams and vendors.
• Support vendor management, including communication, documentation, and record keeping.
• Onboard new suppliers via email and digital platforms.
• Conduct quality control reviews of requisitions and quotations before purchase order creation.
• Respond to and track general supply chain requests promptly.
• Maintain and update supply chain systems and online platforms.
• Participate in meetings to support business units and supply chain initiatives.
• Perform additional administrative and project‑related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Associate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a supply chain or procurement environment.
• Relevant certifications in supply chain, procurement, or administrative support are a plus.

Required skills

• Strong computer skills, including MS Excel.
• Proficiency with MS PowerPoint.
