Support Operations & Warehousing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for two highly organized and proactive individuals to support our warehouse and supply chain operations. You will ensure smooth daily workflows, accurate inventory, and timely order fulfillment while managing floor staff schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse activities to maintain a clean, organized, high‑functioning environment.
• Coordinate outbound logistics and carrier schedules for timely product delivery.
• Supervise picking, packing, and staging processes to meet daily order requirements.
• Conduct regular physical counts, reconciliations, and audits to keep inventory records accurate.
• Monitor stock levels, handle goods receiving, and optimize storage space utilization.
• Create staff shift schedules and assign daily tasks to maximize productivity.
• Enforce safety protocols and regulatory standards to maintain a hazard‑free workplace.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of proven experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong team‑management abilities with experience scheduling and directing floor staff.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Experience using ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
