About the role
Victory Farms is looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to support its growing recruitment needs in Nairobi. You will partner with line managers to attract, assess and onboard top talent for a dynamic agriculture business.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and update job descriptions in collaboration with line managers.
- Source candidates through job boards, networking platforms and recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews and administer pre‑employment assessments.
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a professional candidate experience.
- Draft offer letters, manage background checks and facilitate smooth onboarding.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar HR role.
- Knowledge of end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Required skills
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with an ATS/HRIS system
