Talent Acquisition Associate – Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Talent Acquisition Associate to support our recruitment efforts across multiple departments. This full‑time position offers a hybrid work model, allowing you to work remotely while attending on‑site activities as needed. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Participate in recruitment events and career fairs to promote our employer brand.
• Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including organizing interviews, preparing materials, and sending communications.
• Collaborate with HR and coordination teams to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented with high accuracy in data entry and record‑keeping.
• Enthusiastic, eager to learn, and a positive attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
