About the role
We are seeking an experienced Tax Supervisor to lead our tax compliance and advisory functions. The role involves managing complex tax matters, client engagements and ensuring accurate tax reporting for our banking and finance operations.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee tax compliance assignments and ensure timely filing of returns.
- Lead tax audits and investigations, liaising with tax authorities.
- Provide tax advisory services to internal and external clients.
- Design and deliver tax training sessions for staff.
- Supervise and mentor a team of tax professionals.
Required profile
- CPA(K) qualification (mandatory).
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related field.
- Post‑graduate diploma or advanced training in Taxation.
- Minimum 5 years of taxation experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Age 35 years or older.
