Technical Expert – Deployment Resource for CNP Approval Optimization

About the role

NeoStats Analytics is seeking a Technical Expert Deploy Resource to help issuing clients improve Card‑Not‑Present (CNP) approval rates. The role involves diagnosing decline reasons, coordinating technical solutions, and ensuring successful adoption of optimization measures across issuer and acquirer ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze decline reasons for targeted markets and define customer‑level actions to boost approval rates.
• Maintain technology and operational relationships with assigned customers, ensuring recommended optimizations are implemented.
• Serve as the primary contact for authorization‑optimization initiatives, coordinating internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Log requests, track actions, and provide regular status updates to clients.
• Conduct review meetings to monitor onboarding projects, incidents, and technical tickets.
• Collaborate with client technical teams to meet KPI targets for CNP approval increases and decline reductions.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of payment‑approval flows, digital commerce, merchant integrations, decline and fraud rules.
• Hands‑on experience supporting issuers to enhance customer experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced client environment.
• Experience working with cross‑functional technical, operational, and business stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of card payments, processing architecture, and operations excellence.
• Project‑management and problem‑solving capabilities with excellent communication skills.
