Technical Presales Executive – Security & ICT Solutions

About the role

The Technical Presales Executive will act as the bridge between engineering and sales, translating complex client requirements into practical, sellable security and ICT system designs. You will collaborate closely with account managers from the first client interaction through to proposal submission, ensuring technical accuracy and competitiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site inspections and gather detailed client requirements.
• Specify appropriate security and ICT equipment and solutions.
• Prepare technical documentation, bill of materials and cost estimates for tender submissions.
• Support account managers in developing compelling proposals and presentations.
• Assist in responding to RFPs and RFQs for corporate, commercial and public‑sector projects.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of experience in technical sales, presales or related engineering roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret client needs.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with clients and internal teams.
