Technical Support Operator (Nyanza – Kehancha)

About the role

The Technical Support Operator will provide on‑site technical assistance for repossessed motorcycles and financed cars in the Nyanza region. You will ensure vehicles are inspected, valued, and equipped with tracking devices while supporting clients throughout the loan process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of repossessed motorcycles and document damages.
• Perform car valuations using industry‑standard techniques.
• Install GPS trackers and SIM cards on vehicles, ensuring proper functionality.
• Carry out minor motorcycle repairs and coordinate with repair teams.
• Assist clients with technical queries during loan applications.
• Maintain accurate records, generate inspection and installation reports, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Identify and report fraudulent or tampered vehicles.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English and Swahili.
• Good knowledge of the Kenyan car market and vehicle technical structures.
• High sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
