About the role
The Technical University of Mombasa is seeking a Technologist I specialized in Mathematics to support teaching and research activities. This full‑time position will work primarily in the university’s laboratories and workshop spaces, assisting both staff and students.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and prepare teaching and research materials for mathematics courses.
- Ensure laboratory glassware, equipment, and workstations are clean, functional, and ready for practical sessions.
- Assist students during laboratory and workshop practical sessions, providing guidance and troubleshooting.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors, contributing to the smooth operation of the department.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from an accredited university.
- Evidence of computer literacy.
