About the role

We are seeking a Telecommunications Specialist to join a leading global telecom provider on a contract basis. Working remotely, you will design, implement, and maintain advanced communication networks that support enterprise clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and optimize VoIP, SIP, and PSTN networks.
• Integrate telecommunications solutions with existing IT infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance, diagnose issues, and resolve incidents to ensure high availability.
• Configure and manage routers, switches, and gateways used in telecom environments.
• Document network configurations, policies, and procedures for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunications engineering or a related field.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with technical and non‑technical teams.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex network problems and implement effective solutions.
