Tele‑Sales & Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Tele‑Sales and Customer Support Representatives to join our team in Nairobi. The position focuses on outbound calling to prospective customers, presenting our range of healthcare products, and converting interest into confirmed sales. In addition, the role includes handling customer inquiries and providing after‑sales support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Key responsibilities

• Contact potential customers using company‑provided leads.
• Explain product offerings clearly and answer queries.
• Close sales and achieve weekly targets.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update lead status.
• Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships.
• Handle inbound customer questions and resolve issues.
• Record customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and improve processes.

Required profile

• Age 25 or older.
• Results‑oriented with strong verbal communication skills.
• Motivated and willing to learn; no prior experience required.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to use standard office software.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently.
