Territory Distribution Manager

About the role

The Territory Distribution Manager will lead the growth of Sun King’s Rider Network and expand distribution services for LPG and other products across Kenya. This field‑based role involves recruiting, training, and managing riders while ensuring high service quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and retain riders, conducting KYC checks and maintaining headcount to achieve >95% order completion.
• Ensure rider safety by providing PPE, promoting safe riding practices, and engaging stakeholders on safety initiatives.
• Monitor rider performance, conduct productivity discussions, and develop tracking tools and dashboards.
• Identify and qualify shops for LPG cylinder storage and distribution.
• Coach agents on customer service, develop CSAT/NPS metrics, and resolve customer issues promptly.

Required profile

• Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration, Finance, IT, or related field.
• Experience in last‑mile delivery operations and rider productivity monitoring.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
• Experience preparing reports and recommendations for senior management.
