Trade Marketer – Alcoholic Beverages

About the role

Retail Concepts Limited is seeking a dynamic Trade Marketer to drive brand growth for its alcoholic beverage portfolio across Nairobi’s HORECA and retail channels. You will design and execute trade marketing plans that align with commercial objectives and boost market share.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual and quarterly trade marketing strategies.
• Activate brands through tastings, roadshows, bar activations, sponsorships and events.
• Manage POSM deployment, ensuring consistent brand visibility in outlets.
• Strengthen relationships with distributors, wholesalers, key accounts and retail partners.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing, promotions and market trends.
• Support sales teams with forecasting, stock planning and distributor training.
• Collect and analyse market intelligence to produce trade marketing reports.
• Plan, manage and report on trade marketing budgets.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or related field.
• 3–5 years of trade marketing experience in FMCG or alcoholic beverages.
• Mid‑level professional with proven ability to drive sales volume and market share growth.
