Trade Marketing Executive

About the role

The Trade Marketing Executive will drive on‑ground brand visibility and activation initiatives for our FMCG and retail partners in Nairobi. You will work closely with sales teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution of trade marketing programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage networks of printers, fabricators and promotional crews.
• Coordinate on‑site activations, events and trade marketing deployments.
• Oversee POSM installation, guaranteeing high‑quality retail visibility.
• Collaborate with sales teams to support trade marketing activities.
• Conduct field audits and monitor execution against standards.
• Prepare audit and performance reports for management.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in trade marketing, experiential marketing, brand activations or event management.
• Experience in FMCG, beverages, dairy, telecom or an experiential agency is preferred.
• Willingness to spend up to 75% of working time in the field.
• Own car is an added advantage.
